# HammerMap

> HammerMap (https://hammermap.com) is a free public portal that lists Spanish court auctions and State sales in plain language (Spanish, English, Italian, German and French; listing text from the BOE stays in Spanish). Each listing shows what is sold, where (approximately), the starting price when the official notice gives one, the deadline, a simple risk light, and a link to the official channel where you bid. Free for everyone: no account, no fee, no API key. HammerMap takes no bids and no money.

Data updated: 2026-10-30T15:37:00+02:00 (854 listings: 265 court auctions, 44 State sales from the BOE, 545 Social Security (TGSS) auctions, 584 with a starting price). Latest BOE issue included: 2026-10-30.
Coverage: Spain only (ES). Update frequency: Once per working day (Monday to Friday, about 09:00 Europe/Tallinn = 08:00 Europe/Madrid). Each run re-reads the last 7 days of the BOE daily summary, so Saturday issues are included on Monday.
Every API and MCP response carries `data_updated` (when HammerMap last rebuilt the data) and `latest_boe_publication` (newest BOE issue in the data).

## Data sources and attribution

- Court auctions: BOE section IV (Administración de Justicia) via the BOE open data API (https://www.boe.es/datosabiertos/). The BOE notice gives the court, the case number and the reference on the official auction portal subastas.boe.es; it does not give the description, value or closing date, so those are on the official portal. HammerMap does not crawl subastas.boe.es.
- State sales: BOE section V-B (public bodies such as Patrimonio del Estado, TGSS, Defensa, ports), with starting prices, deposits and deadlines read from the notice text. AEAT tax auctions are not included.
- Social Security auctions (ids TGSS-…): the TGSS auction portal https://w6.seg-social.es/subastas/ (auctions of seized assets, with starting price, valuation, auction date and lot). The TGSS updates it weekly; HammerMap reads it on each working-day run, politely (identified user agent, at most one request per second, cached). Required by the seg-social.es Aviso Legal (https://www.seg-social.es/wps/portal/wss/internet/AvisoLegal): cite "Fuente: Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social" and the date of the last update. The deposit shown (25 % of the starting price) follows the portal's general rule. The portal has no per-asset deep links. HammerMap is not linked to or authorised by the Social Security.
- Attribution required by the BOE re-use conditions: "Basado en datos de la Agencia Estatal Boletín Oficial del Estado" (https://www.boe.es). Licence: https://www.boe.es/informacion/aviso_legal/
- HammerMap is not an official service and is not linked to, sponsored or endorsed by the AEBOE. The official BOE notice is the only authentic source. The risk light is HammerMap's own automatic, general assessment, not legal advice.
- Privacy: we show the asset, not the person. No names of private individuals, no user data. Location is approximate (court town or the asset's town), never the exact address.

Every response carries the BOE attribution and licence note. Please keep the attribution when you show the data, link to the listing or the official notice, and keep the request rate reasonable (the API is cached; about 60 requests per minute per client is plenty). Responses are cached for 10 minutes.

- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes and do not mass-extract content in a way that harms the service. Use the API or the bulk file instead of scraping pages.
