Auctioned asset in Pamplona/Iruña

Charges and entries ranking before the enforcing creditor remain and the winning bidder takes them over. Check the certificate of title and charges on the Portal de Subastas.

Every bidder accepts the existing title documentation as sufficient, or accepts that it is missing.

Possession status (occupants, tenants) must be stated in the Portal listing if known in the proceedings. Check it before bidding.

Each auction states its own deposit on the Portal: check it there before bidding. General rule under the LEC: real estate, 20% of the auction value (Art. 669.1); movables, 10% of the value of the assets (Art. 647.1.3º); in both cases at least €1,000. The court clerk may raise or lower the percentage, so some auctions ask for less (for example 5%) or more.

Real estate: if the best bid reaches 70% of the auction value, the balance is due within 20 days; below 70% the debtor has 10 days to present a better bidder. Movables: payment within 10 days.

Bids are placed only on the AEBOE Portal de Subastas. Registration requires a Spanish DNI/NIE and an e-certificate or Cl@ve. You may bid for yourself or for a third party.
