No prior authorisation is required, and the service is not a regulated profession. This information is given under the Estonian Information Society Services Act and, voluntarily, Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE).

Nature of the service. HammerMap is a free information service that collects public court auction notices.

• It is not an official service.
• It is not linked to, sponsored by or endorsed by the Agencia Estatal Boletín Oficial del Estado (AEBOE) or any court.
• It does not run auctions, does not take bids and does not receive or hold users' money.

Data source. Based on data from the Agencia Estatal Boletín Oficial del Estado.

• Only the official «Boletín Oficial del Estado» publication is official and authentic.
• Each listing shows its BOE identifier, its publication date and our last update date.
• HammerMap's analyses, summaries and translations are our own work and are marked as such.

• Links to boe.es and subastas.boe.es open in a new window.
• We do not display those sites inside ours (no framing).
• A link does not imply any relationship with the owner of the linked site.

Advertising. Featured listings are paid advertising, labelled «Advertising · Paid listing by [advertiser]».

1. Scope.

• These terms govern the use of the HammerMap website, provided by Saba ja Sarved OÜ (details in the Legal notice).
• Use is free and needs no registration.

2. What HammerMap is and is not.

• 2.1 HammerMap shows public information on court auctions published in the BOE and links to the lot on the AEBOE Portal de Subastas (subastas.boe.es).
• 2.2 HammerMap is not the auctioneer, is not a party to the court proceedings and does not act as an intermediary in the sale.
  • The court runs the auction through the Portal de Subastas.
  • Bids, deposits and payments are made only on that Portal or with the court.
  • HammerMap does not receive, hold or transfer users' money.
• 2.3 Bidding on the Portal requires registration as a natural person with a Spanish DNI or NIE and electronic identification, under the Portal's own rules. You may also act through a representative.

3. Automated risk analysis.

• 3.1 Each listing may include a risk analysis that HammerMap generates automatically. It is based on the auction type and on general legal rules, in particular the Spanish Civil Procedure Act (Ley 1/2000) and the Voluntary Jurisdiction Act (Ley 15/2015).
• 3.2 The analysis is general information.
  • It is not legal, tax or financial advice.
  • It does not replace reading the edict, the certificate of title and charges or the conditions published on the Portal de Subastas. Only those documents govern the auction.
• 3.3 We take care to keep the information accurate and correct errors we become aware of. Official data may change (suspension, modification or cancellation). Always check the Portal de Subastas before bidding.

4. Partner lawyers and professionals.

• 4.1 HammerMap may show a directory of lawyers and other professionals.
• 4.2 They pay HammerMap a fixed fee for their directory listing. If you hire a lawyer through HammerMap, the lawyer may pay HammerMap a referral fee. You will be told about this before you hire them.
• 4.3 You pay nothing to HammerMap. You hire and pay the professional directly, and the professional alone is responsible for their services.

5. Advertising. Featured listings are paid advertising by the named advertiser.

• They are always labelled «Advertising · Paid listing by [advertiser]» and shown separately from other information.
• Their order follows a rule published on the site.

6. Proper use.

• Do not use the site for unlawful purposes.
• Do not mass-extract content in a way that harms the service.

7. Personal data.

• HammerMap follows the principle "we show the asset, not the person". We do not publish names or ID numbers of natural persons that appear in notices.
• See the Privacy notice for how we process data.
• Anyone may ask for data to be removed at [email protected]. We handle requests without delay.

8. Liability.

• 8.1 HammerMap is liable as provided by applicable law.
• 8.2 HammerMap is not responsible for the content of official notices, court decisions, the operation of the Portal de Subastas or the services of partner professionals, who are independent third parties.
• 8.3 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits HammerMap's liability to consumers where the law does not allow it, nor any statutory consumer rights.

9. Changes.

• We may change these terms. The version and date are shown at the top.
• Changes do not affect rights already acquired.

10. Governing law and courts.

• 10.1 If you are a consumer:
  • the law of your country of habitual residence applies to the extent provided by Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I);
  • you may sue in the courts of your domicile or in Estonia;
  • we may sue you only in the courts of your domicile (Articles 17 and 18 of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012).
• 10.2 If you act as a business (advertisers and partner professionals), Estonian law applies and the Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), Estonia, has jurisdiction, unless the specific contract says otherwise.
